McLeod Driver Sidekick 25.1.1

Driver Sidekick is a newly launched application designed to streamline communication between drivers and the back office, optimizing billing processes and enhancing driver satisfaction levels. The platform showcases a modern and user-friendly interface, featuring a comprehensive home screen "dashboard" view and a tailored set of permissions aimed at facilitating seamless integration. Tailored specifically for drivers, Driver Sidekick enables users to easily access their current assignments and utilize filterable list views to swiftly locate relevant information.

• Home Screen: The Home Screen greets drivers with the Current Assignment card, providing detailed information on loads, stops, appointments, and mileage to the next stop. Beneath the card, drivers can find buttons to scan documents, compose messages, request time off, or generate Driver History Reports. The platform also allows drivers to review recent settlement details and provides custom links for employee communications, safety videos, vendor partnerships, benefit providers, and additional resources.
• Messages: The Messages center simplifies message management by allowing users to filter between sent and received messages. Confirmation messages featuring clickable thumbnails are sent for easy reference of scanned images.
• Loads: Within the Loads section, drivers can filter loads based on availability status (available, in progress, delivered), utilizing consistent color coding for load types. Each load's detail view includes tabs for Stops, Map, Freight, and Images—providing comprehensive information and functionalities for effective load management.
• Pay: The Pay screen offers drivers visibility into their payment history and pending settlements, with detailed information on paid settlements such as check numbers, dates, and amounts. This section is customizable, allowing users to toggle paid settlements, pending settlements, or the Current Check Card on the Home Screen.
• Settings: Drivers can access their profiles to view significant dates like work anniversaries and certification expirations. Automatic reminders for certification renewals are available within LoadMaster. In case of accidents, drivers can conveniently create Motor Accident reports incorporating relevant details and photos. The Support tab offers access to device and app data along with a direct link to request assistance from McLeod Support.

Driver Sidekick mandates McLeod LoadMaster version 22.2 or above for operation.
